Cancellation and payment policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes made after this period will result in full payment for the treatment as I am unable to fill the slot with another booking at such short notice. I appreciate your understanding.

I reserve the right to deny service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, Including inappropriate behaviour or language.  

You acknowledge that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and could involve (a) transmissions across various networks, and (b) adjustments to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information, however, is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
